Adopted: Skye has found her forever home. We wish her the very best life possible.

Skye is a 1 year old border collie who’s a very good girl! She loves to play with toys and her foster siblings, go on walks, and snuggle. She can loose-leash walk and fetches like a pro. She’s working on being strong with her other commands and is progressing rapidly. We’re working hard on focusing on the person walking her instead of people and dogs walking by. She’s never met a stranger and is frequently seen sitting in her new friend’s laps if she’s allowed to. Skye can be very shy with visiting dogs and at dog parks and we’re working on building confidence for that. Skye doesn’t have separation anxiety, but she loves to find things that smell like her family and store them in one of her safe spots until they get home. Based on video evidence, she carries these items through the house until she settles down to nap with them! Skye is about to undergo heart worm treatment, so she will not be available for adoption for a few months.
