Rufus: A Total “Yes Man”  

Are you tired of people who flake on weekend plans or take five whole minutes to respond? Same. 

If you say, “Hey, want to go for a run, hit the dog park, or drive around with the windows down?” My answer is already an enthusiastic YES!

I love everyone I meet, whether they have two legs or four. I’m just a young guy looking for an active human who wants a loyal shadow, a dedicated workout partner, and a co-pilot for life’s greatest adventures.

My name is Rufus, they say I am a Border Collie mix and about 3 months old. I am super handsome, if I do say so myself… I mean, who can resist a guy with one ice blue eye? And, I have the cutest little freckled toes! Be warned though…it’s almost impossible not to fall in love with me.

My Pros & Cons

Pros:

• You will never be alone again. Ever. Really: Bathroom break? I’m your bodyguard. Cooking dinner? I’m the official floor inspector. Folding laundry? I’m there to supervise. I am a 24/7 personal hype squad.
• Essentially house and crate trained – but love being outside too! 
• A+ conversationalist: I’ll listen to your every word with rapt attention (especially if you’re holding a treat).
• Wicked smart: Thanks to my Border Collie roots, I pick up on things fast. 
• Great in the car – a ride in the car means we are headed for adventure! 

Cons:

• Could steal your spot on the couch if you get up. (But only so I can be closer to you when you sit back down).
• I am entirely incapable of saying “no” to playtime.
• Likely not be the right guy to help you avoid bad decisions as everything sounds like a good idea to me. 

Ideal First Date

Playtime outside where I can show off my athletic side, followed by a trip to a dog-friendly patio where I can charm all your friends and show everyone what a great couple we make.
