Adopted:   Darcy has found her forever home. We wish her the very best life possible.

Darcy is a very sweet, spunky girl who loves to run fast and explore everything. She enjoys playing with her brother and has started to play with the adult dogs in the household as well. She is very smart! She is really starting to come out of her shell and is so cute when she plays with us, batting at us with her paws and shaking her toys. Darcy is a snuggler when things quiet down in the house. She has never had an accident in the house and sleeps quietly in her crate. Darcy has come a long way but still is quite fearful of new noises, objects and new situations and her reaction is to run and hide. One of her biggest worries currently is to come in the house, somehow the act of stepping through the door is something she fears. Darcy therefore needs a new owner who is willing to work with her to gain her trust and continue to make her feel safe. Toddler-sized children are not a good fit for her since she is skittish about unexpected sounds and movements. Darcy will need a new home with a fenced in yard (no invisible fencing) since she could run and hide when scared
